The practice of self-management in temporary children's collective assumes a choice or appointment of the leader. At once there is a question: how to allocate the leader, which, on the one hand, would satisfy to some objective (external) needs(requirements), and, with another, subjective requirements, estimations, norms, бытующим inside children's collective. Formally leader is an essential part of structure of temporary collective, and not each child can become him.

Within the bounds of the proposed work the way of statistics processing quality improvement of information resources (the domestic economies as an instance) is explored at the expense of using the a priori information.
